Every winning combination triggers a cascade and advances the Daily Dose tracker, unlocking Global multiplier boosts or Extra Wild symbols. Landing the Extra Dose symbol provides an instant adrenaline shot, leaping the tracker forward to trigger multiple boosters in a single sequence.
Take the party to the ward in the bonus games, where the Global multiplier is progressive and does not reset between spins. In the Miracle Meds feature, the Daily Dose tracker is filled entirely with boosters, ensuring a booster trigger with every single step.

GLOBAL MULTIPLIER

Applied to all the wins.
Resets with each new spin during the base game.

DAILY DOSE
Daily Dose is an array consisting of boost events and empty spots and is drawn at the beginning of every spin.
In the base game there are two empty spots between each boost event and the array always starts with the two empty spots.
Each new cascade unlocks one step in the array.
There are two types of boost events:
Wilds:

Adds a random number of Wild symbols to the grid.

2-10 additional Wild symbols can be added.

New Wild symbols will not replace FS Scatter symbols or other Wild symbols.

If there aren’t enough available positions, fewer or no Wild symbols are added.
Global multiplier:

Increases the Global multiplier by a random value.

EXTRA DOSE SYMBOL
Can land during the base game and bonus games.
When the symbol lands it will open 2-5 boost events immediately and apply them before the next win calculation.
Note: Empty spots do not count.
Only one Extra Dose symbol can be on the grid at any moment.
The symbol itself will turn to a random paying symbol (excluding Wild symbol) before the boost events are applied.
WILD SYMBOL
Substitutes for all symbols in the paytable.
Can land during the base game and bonus games.
Can be added by the Daily Dose Wilds boost event.
